So while the listing mentions this, just be aware that if other guests choose to stay up late or don’t fully follow the house rules, it can affect your stay. It’s part of the territory with this kind of setup.

It exactly matches the photos and description. Place is perfect for family, isolated, private, and perfect for kids in terms of outdoor play without worrying about cars on the road. Game room, bbq machine, fire pit, nice ambience lighting, cozy house and power packed kitchen. I mean literally everything you need is right there. Trish takes care of house like her baby. I am very satisfied with my stay. it's about 1 hour 30 mins from Valley without traffic, so you have to time your visit to valley. we saw deer, turkey, lizards, colorful birds on the property which makes you feel like forest like experience. There is a sweet dog on the property which our kids loved playing with, they named him Bruno, always ready to play and eat. 5 stars for awesome hospitality, I will comeback again to Jeremy and Andrea beautiful home

this was just a perfect stay for my family and I. it was peaceful and quiet, with plenty of space for my family. check in was easy as can be. the house was clean and had the right amount of things we needed. We really enjoyed out stay here. great get away from city life.

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Yosemite. Our stay at Jeremy’s cottage was great. It was clean. Easy to find. There were a lot of extra amenities, that unfortunately we weren’t able to use, like the hot tub and games. We were so exhausted from going into the park. They responded quickly.

We drove all the way from LA (5 hr drive) to visit Yosemite National Park for my bday and decided to stay at this place because it was a 30 minute drive to the park entrance, also this place was very nice, cozy and family friendly. We did not need to use the hot tub or the game room but we enjoyed the backyard and ended up making some s’mores with the kids in the fire-pit. There was a very friendly white dog on the property which my kids named (pickles) hahahaha. We highly recommend this place.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was clean and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. There were many games and toys for the kids in the backyard. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location was beautiful and peaceful! The amenities were great! We loved the games and the hot tub. There was so much to do we almost forgot to go to Yosemite lol. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend if you want a fun yet relaxing place to stay.

My family & I were there for business/vacation. My wife is a wedding photographer & had a wedding at the lodge at two moons Saturday. My 2 kids & I stayed & hung out at the air bnb. The kids played & enjoyed all the games outdoors & in the game room. We did have a little power outage saturday night but I felt like that was to be expected with how popular Yosemite’s grid is getting. Luckily we did have a very powerful flashlight that was able to light up the whole back house but since the property is pretty distant from all the other properties in the area, it was certainly dark out. Otherwise, we had a great, peaceful, relaxing time! The scenery was absolutely beautiful. The back house was perfect for my little family of 4 however, next time we may book the front property & bring other relatives. Also, I know other reviews have listed the goat being on the property (she is) & the goat was so friendly. My kids loved her. She was like the topper on the cake with this booking.

This place is so enjoyable and made our stay memorable and fun for our kids. It’s so easy to find, I just pinned it on Google Maps and it easily brought us there. It’s near to store and gas stations made it so convenient! We enjoyed the hot tub too! I just hope the road getting into the property will be better cause it’s dirt and gravel so if you have a tall car you’ll be fine. Definitely will recommend!!

Jeremy’s Oakhurst cabin was a truly fantastic find. It was close to Yosemite which was the main destination for our trip. Furthermore, the house was comfortable with good energy and all the games made my families time there fun for everyone. The Surron was an added charge to rent and let me tell you, well worth it! The host was always responsive almost immediately which is so helpful if anything arises. Overall the experience was amazing and our next family trip to Yosemite will definitely be booked at The Adventure Ranch!
